Highland Park Villas Owner/Member website, is a private, covenant-controlled neighborhood.

HPVOA members property owners are also members of the Bella Vista POA and residents of the City of Bella Vista and therefore you must pay BVPOA dues and city taxes while enjoying all of the amenities and services provided by those entities.  

As a member of HPV Owners Association, you also pay a separate assessment to fund the upkeep of your private amenities and services offered here.  Amenities include the swimming pool, clubhouse and walking trail.  The Association also provides services including lawn care, landscaping and certain exterior maintenance of the owner residences. 

The HPV 2024 HOA Dues are $214.00 monthly.

Included in this website for your convenience, are all of the Association controlling documents as well as financial statements.  General communication is also included and updated from time to time regarding the social activites and scheduling amenity use.
